Operational Delivery Partner
Year-Zero Inclusion & Accessibility Lead · Anthropos Festival · Anthropos Charity (Tier 5)
The Accessibility Lead owns the on-site accessibility programme across the events Anthropos Events delivers. The role covers four operational tracks:
Named lead to be announced.awaiting confirmation
For accessibility-specific questions, use the contact route on the relevant host-event site (linked at the top of this page) while the dedicated Anthropos Events accessibility channel is being set up.awaiting confirmation
Apply for accessible-attendee support at any of our events through the application form. The form covers volunteer and accessible-attendee intake; we route the entry to the right host-event team.
The ACA is a designated camping area with level ground, accessible toilet and shower facilities, and proximity to Welfare and Medical. It exists so attendees who need it can camp on site without compromise.
Each site is accessible by car. Accessible parking spaces are available close to the entrance. Please contact the Accessibility Lead in advance so we can make arrangements for you.
If you are travelling by public transport, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with information about the most accessible route to that event's site.
Our events take place on natural terrain which can include uneven ground, grass and woodland paths. We keep the main pathways as clear and firm as we can. If you have specific mobility requirements please contact us before the event so we can advise on the most accessible routes and areas at that venue.
Accessible toilet facilities are available on site at every event we deliver. They are located near the main areas and are clearly signposted. Please speak to a member of crew or volunteer if you need help finding them.
A dedicated welfare team is on site throughout each event, run alongside our welfare partner. The team can assist with a wide range of needs including medical, emotional and accessibility support. The welfare tent is clearly signposted on the site map.
We have designated quiet spaces on site for anyone who needs a break from the main festival areas. These are calm, low-stimulus environments held away from the main programming.
Guide dogs and registered assistance animals are welcome at our events. We are unable to accommodate other animals on site.
Personal Assistant (PA) and carer access is available where the host event provides for it. Contact the Accessibility Lead before booking and we will set up the right ticket pathway with the host's box office. For Anthropos Festival, email accessibility@anthroposfestival.org.per-event arrangement
British Sign Language interpretation can be arranged for headline programming where notice is given. Please contact us with as much notice as possible so we can match you to the right slot and the right interpreter.per-event arrangement
PsyCare International — founded by Karin Silenzi de Stagni — sets the harm-reduction standards and psychological first-aid framework that the welfare team at each event operates within. PsyCare UK (Registered Charity No. 1167203) provides the on-site welfare team at Anthropos Festival.
